Edward Billingham

Classical
guitarist Edward Billingham was born in Wales, and grew up near
Chester. He went on to study with Neil Smith in Liverpool and then at
the London College of Music with Carlos Bonell, where he was chosen
as a concerto soloist in his first year.
For the past nine years he has worked in the Southeast performing at venues
like the De La Warr Pavilion, Bexhill, plus dates at the Rye and Battle
Festivals, Chapel Royal Brighton and Eastbourne Academy of Music where
he was also a teacher.
He has just moved to Levenshulme Manchester to study at the RNCM
for two years in order to develop his career further.
